About

This Forum is to support those staff who have responsibility for the rehousing of offenders on licence while minimising risk. It concerns liaison with the prisons, the courts and the police, working with the offender in the community to ensure that an address is sustainable and continues to meet need, and the appropriate management of information both within the landlord organisation and with partner organisations. It also involves managing wider communities to seek engagement, understanding and confidence.

This community of practice is for those RSL and LA members with specific responsibilities as SOLO’s and RSL Link Officers and will meet three times per year.
