Validation and Consultancy
New for 2025.
Following our acqusition of CD Consultancy we are now offering an in-depth ARC validation service. This involves working with relevant staff to examine the ‘data behind the data’ with a view to ensuring the Technical Guidance is fully understood and is being followed; that any information provided can be evidenced and is properly aligned to the definitions as set out by Scottish Housing Regulator.
The In-depth Validation service is your opportunity to have your data reviewed by an external expert acting as a ‘critical friend’, with the ultimate aim of supporting you to achieve accurate reporting.

Fees and Charges
Our daily rate is £595 + VAT for SHN members and £625 + VAT for non-members.
