The Scottish Government has commited to the reinstatement of the AHSP cuts over the past 2 years by increasing the programme to £768m. This will, the Cabinet Secretary tell us, enable the delivery of 8,000 affordable homes next year. However, this is a one-year commitment.


The CIH were the first in the sector to issue a formal comment, the SFHA have also published a statement. There are others, I just can’t find them on line. However, Scottish Housing News has published a piece that brings everything together in one place.
