Planning, Infrastructure and Place Advisory Group: terms of reference

This brief report sets out the terms of reference of this newly established group. It also sets out its strategic purpose of the group as supporting joined-up, timeous, place-based delivery of development and infrastructure in Scotland based on best evidence in order to achieve Scotland’s ambitions for a wellbeing economy.

The report includes a list of what is to be considered “infrastructure” and unfortunately, housing isn’t included. What it doesn’t include is the membership though we are told this is to be “smaller” core group with a “larger” reference group. You can read the full terms of reference here.
