Guidance for landlords and tenants

The Scottish Government has published updated guidance for private tenants and landlords. The Scottish Government has also published information on changes to the rent cap and eviction rules and the pre action requirements as the apply to the PRS, however whilst this is labelled as relating to pre action requirements the published information appears to be about
prescribed forms.

There is also have a revised version of the model PRT together with supporting notes including an easy read version.
