Scotland’s Housing Network is pleased to today launch our Housing Revenue Account (HRA) report generator, also known as our HRA Tool. The HRA Tool has been designed in partnership with ALACHO, with valuable input from the Scottish Government’s Centre for Housing Market Analysis, in order to help local authorities benchmark various elements of their HRA return against their peers, and to provide an opportunity for discussion and learning amongst our members.


The HRA Tool takes publicly available data from local authorities’ HRA returns and presents this in the form of an accessible and easy-to-customise report. Having selected a few simple parameters, members can export a full report covering a wide range of indicators, or export individual graphs for their own use depending on their preference.


The HRA Tool can be accessed now on the Scotland’s Housing Network website – www.scotlandshousingnetwork.org.
