Learning Disability, Autism and Neurodivergence Bill

The Learning Disability, Autism and Neurodivergence bill includes proposals relating to Accommodation and Independent living as well a seeking to put some of the work to implement the Coming Home Report
on a statutory footing. Proposals include possible mandatory training for housing staff (amongst others) and changes to local housing strategies and the way housing support is provided for LDA&N clients. This is an
important piece of legislation, it covers a huge amount of ground and is likely to have significant implications for the way that we approach services to this client group.
