Continuing rent protection for private tenants

Following on from a consultation late last year the Scottish Government has announced a new temporary measure to limit rent rises for private rented tenants. Based on the existing rent arbitration process included in teh 2016 Act the new system relies on tenants seeking to review a propeosed rent rise that they thin is exessive .
