Knowledge Partnership has been operating for over 20 years in the Scottish social housing sector delivering tenant and owner satisfaction surveys for a range of Scottish councils and housing associations using a mixture of face to face, postal, telephone and online survey methods.  We have also delivered tenant focus groups and workshops for various social landlords across Scotland which we use to help develop service and process improvement plans for a variety of housing services, e.g. allocations, repairs, TP etc.

We focus on the Scottish social housing sector and therefore have a good understanding of sectoral issues and concerns. We also have a strong understanding of the current SHR guidance for carrying out service user surveys and over the years, have refined our survey methods to make certain that these comply with the requirements of the Scottish Social Housing Charter.
