Housing Regulator updates business planning guidance

This Business Planning Advisory Guidance (BPAG) aims to assist Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) in Scotland in their approach to business planning.  It is intended to guide RSL governing bodies and management teams, but the principles may also be relevant for local authorities.

This refreshed BPAG builds on the principles of good business planning set out in the Regulators 2012 and 2015 Business Planning Recommended Practices (BPRPs). They have refreshed the BPAG to ensure that it remains relevant and reflects the significant changes in the RSL operating environment since 2015.
