Private Landlord Survey

The network has set up a short-life working group to undertake a survey of private landlords across Scotland. It has been serveral years since the last nationwide survey of landlords in Scotland and this survey aims to build sound intelligence on the private rented sector housing stock, the population profile of private tenants and the profile of landlords operating in the sector.

The survey is now live however we are managing this in a phased approach to suit individual local authorities.
